POLAND Union Investment has retained Cushman & Wakefield’s services as leasing agent for the Lipiński Passage and Zebra Tower office buildings in Warsaw.
“Lipiński Passage and Zebra Tower are two of the most recognisable office buildings in the capital. Union Investment has extended our mandate to commercialise both schemes, which is evidence that the owner is confident that we will continue to spare no effort in carrying out our tenant-mix strategy to maintain the highest possible occupancy rates,” insists Anna Górska-Kwiatkowska, a landlord representation partner in C&W’s office agency.
