POLAND Baltic Wave, which is building a hotel in Kołobrzeg on the Baltic coast, has signed a franchise agreement with Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG) for the management of the hotel, which as a result, will be the first five-star Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand hotel in Poland.
The 14-storey Hotel Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg Resort is being built around 200m from the beach. It will comprise 468 condo-apartments available for buy as well as an infinity pool, an indoor swimming pool complex, a wellness and spa area, an observation bar and café, and restaurants. The hotel will also include a conference room for 500 people that can be divided into smaller units.
