POLAND Colliers International has taken over the management of two new buildings in the High5ive office complex in Kraków.
The two buildings – 4 and 5 of the complex – have a combined area of more than 36,000 sqm. Both are located on ul. Pawia in the city centre, close to the main railway station and the Galeria Krakowska shopping centre.
High5ive comprises around 70,000 sqm of modern office space in five buildings. It will be the first such office complex in Kraków to be awarded a Well certificate. Work on the final (11,150 sqm) building recently started and should be completed in Q4 2021. The developer is Sk
