CPI brings own PM to latest Warsaw acquisitions

POLAND Czech real estate investor CPI Property Group has taken over the management of the latest additions to its Warsaw office property portfolio. The office buildings that will now be covered by the company’s in-house service are Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV.
Equator IV, which was acquired by CPIPG in November 2019, contains around 20,000 sqm of office space. It is situated on the Al. Jerozolimskie office corridor west of the city centre, where CPIPG has also purchased other office properties: Equator I, Equator II and Eurocentrum. Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza are situated on al. Jana Pawła II, in the city’s Wola-Centrum district. Poland AI and cloud demand drives growth in European data centre market

Demand for computing power is rising rapidly, driven by artificial intelligence and cloud services. This is accelerating growth in Europe’s data centre market. The sector’s total capacity could reach 13 GW by the end of 2026, up 20 pct year on year, according to CBRE’s 'Europe Data Centres Q2 2026' report. Rising demand is also changing where data centres are being built. Investors are increasingly looking beyond the largest hubs, creating new opportunities for Poland, where data centre capacity could grow from around 200 MW today to 500 MW by 2030.

OTO Park, a new retail park on ul. Jana Pawła II in Lubin, will open on 22 October. The centre has more than 14,000 sqm of retail space, around 30 stores and service outlets, plus more than 400 parking spaces. It is expected to create more than 200 jobs.
