POLAND Colliers International has taken over the management of Villa Offices (Biura przy Willi), which forms part of Echo Investment’s large-scale Browary Warszawskie development in Warsaw.
At 55m in height and with 15 above-ground levels, Villa Offices is the tallest of the three office buildings within the complex and has a total area of app. 16,000 sqm. It was awarded a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate at the design stage. It was sold to GLL Real Estate last year. The building was completed at the end of April and will house a WeWork co-working centre.
