POLAND Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded a double mandate for the property and asset management of the Nowogrodzka Square building in Warsaw.
Nowogrodzka Square, which was developed by Yareal, was recently acquired by fellow French company Amundi Real Estate – its first purchase of a Polish property. This seven-storey, class A office building on Al. Jerozolimskie has an area of 11,000 sqm.
“Nowogrodzka Square is a unique development on Warsaw’s office map on account of both its prestigious location and sustainability solutions. It has received a BREEAM certificate with an ‘Excellent’ rating in the New Construction category.
