Rondo Business Park in Kraków is to be managed by Globalworth’s in-house team from July.
Globalworth is thus continuing with its programme of taking over the property management of the Polish properties it has acquired in recent years. The three-building complex was bought by the company from Credit Suisse Asset Management’s CS Property Dynamic fund in Q1 2019 for EUR 32 mln. The building was developed by Grupa Buma and sold to the fund in 2008.
