Poland Changing with the times
EventsBut to begin with, a few fond farewells. Two wonderful real estate journalists have recently left our editorial team: editor-in-chief Ewa Andrzejewska and deputy editor-in-chief Tomasz Szpyt. It’s difficult to put into words just how much Eurobuild owes them, but we’re sure that all our regular readers are perfectly aware of their contribution. Thank you, Ewa and Tomek – we wish you every success on your new career paths!
As a result, Eurobuild has a new (although old) editor-in-chief. Since July 1st, the editorial team has been headed by Tomasz Cudowski, who has been connected with Eurobuild for 15 years and has held this position once before. But he was not given this position just because of his long work experience, as you will find out very soon.
There have also been significant changes to our web portal. Not only has it been given a fresh, updated layout and greater transparency of content, but it now also has enhanced responsiveness, a more powerful search engine and significantly improved Google indexing. But it still features our familiar logo and you can still find your favourite sections as well as all the outstanding content.
And it won’t just be golf and tennis enthusiasts who will be pleased to hear this, but as the economy unfreezes so have Eurobuild Conferences’ sporting events! Our annual tournaments will now be taking place on September 11th and you can register for them on their official web pages. Make sure you register soon – as usual, there’s a limited number of participants!
This year we are also making preparations for the 11th Eurobuild Awards. There will be some surprises in store, but, as always, our distinguished jury will choose the most outstanding players on the market. Make your reservation for the Gala now – so we can meet on December 8th at the most important real estate event of the year!
It’s also worth to mentioning that, in line with global trends, we have been undergoing something of a digital transformation ourselves. On April 3rd, you could watch our first ever webinar, which was later followed by another. Eurobuild Conferences has continued to operate at full speed by organising online conferences and webinars for professionals, including events on request. The best team in the sector is just waiting for your call!
But tradition is also important. Making its return after the lockdown, the summer issue of Eurobuild magazine has now been published – a little thinner than usual, but still bursting with information, interviews and analysis. The paper version has just come off the presses, while selected articles have also been published online.
And finally, there’s one more dramatic piece of news: after thirteen happy years spent in the gentrified environs of Al. Jerozolimskie 53, Eurobuild is changing its address! In line with the zeitgeist we are moving into a serviced office – in fact, to the Wola Retro building, where we’ll be working under the estimable wings of New Work. The move will probably take place this month.
We would also like to say a big thank you to all our readers and partners for sticking with us and supporting us!
