CPI Property Group has taken over the management of Concept Tower in central Warsaw, following its recent acquisition of the property.
CPIPG is thus continuing to implement its ‘self-management strategy’ for its Warsaw office portfolio, which now amounts to 314,000 sqm in 14 buildings.
By switching to the ownership model of management in new office buildings from the CPIPG portfolio, we are consistently introducing standards and procedures that have been proven earlier in our other office properties.
