Immofinanz has appointed Savills as the exclusive property manager for its portfolio of seven office buildings in Prague, with effect from January 2021. The total floor area of the assets comes to app. 123,000 sqm.
Immofinanz’s Prague portfolio accommodates more than 120 tenants in buildings located in the city centre, in business districts or next to the airport. It includes Na Příkopě 14, Jindřišská 16, Jungmannova 15, Myhive Palmovka, Myhive Pankrác House, Airport Business Center and BB Centrum Gamma.
The Savills team began looking after four of these properties in August 2017, with the very first assets at that time being managed by the newly established Savills
