Colliers International has taken over the management of the Biura przy Warzelni office building, which forms part of Echo Investment’s Browary Warszawskie flagship project in Warsaw.
The eight-storey Biura przy Warzelni is the largest of the office buildings in Browary Warszawskie with 24,500 sqm of modern office space and 238 parking spaces in two underground levels. An application has been made for a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate for the building.
We are glad that Echo Investment has entrusted us once again. Biura przy Warzelni is now the fourth building of this developer that we manage. Since 2019, we have been taking care of the Biura przy Willi building,
