Investment group NASA Capital has completed its first real estate acquisition in Poland, purchasing the Jerozolimskie Business Park office complex in Warsaw for approximately EUR 30 mln. The acquisition was made through a FIZAN investment fund managed by IPOPEMA TFI.

CTP has announced plans for a new industrial and logistics development, CTPark Bydgoszcz, which will provide more than 51,000 sqm of space within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE). Construction is scheduled to begin in the coming months.

Third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has extended its partnership with online fashion platform Zalando to support its European operations. Commercial real estate investment across the CEE-6 markets reached EUR 5.8 bln in the first half of 2026, marking a significant improvement on recent years and confirming that investor confidence is returning to the region. However, this is not a broad-based recovery. CeMat has appointed FineTech Construction as the general contractor for Moje Bielany 3, the latest stage of its mixed-use development in Warsaw's Bielany district. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
