Warsaw Regent under new management

Hotels
PHN Property Management and Polskiego Holdingu Hotelowego have signed an agreement to buy Cosmar Polska, the owner of the Regent Warsaw Hotelu for PLN 130.5 mln.

Cosmar Polska was sold off at auction due to bankruptcy and since June 2020 PHN PM has leased the building and held the right of first purchase.

The 246-room Regent Warsaw Hotel is at the junction of ul. Gagarina, ul. Spacerowa and ul. Belwederska, obok Łazienek Królewskich. On completion of the transaction the hotel is to continue operations under the same name. Construction work was launched on the building in 1998 by general contractor Warbud and it opened for the first time in 2001.
