Colliers International has been appointed to manage the second office building of the Moje Miejsce (My Place) development in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów neighbourhood.
The newly completed building on at ul. Dziekońskiego comprises 17,000 sqm, of which 15,300 sqm is office space and 1,700 sqm has been designated for retail and services. It also offers a bulding management system (BMS) as well as 181 undeground and 36 above-ground parking spaces.
Moje Miejsce is a mixed-use development situated between ul. Beethovena and al. Witosa consisting of two office buildings with a total area of more than 36,000 sqm and five residential buildings with 243 apartments. T
