Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the property manager and leasing agent for GreenWings Offices in Warsaw.
This is the second office building owned by Okre Development to enter the consultancy’s management portfolio. GreenWings Offices is a modern and sustainable building that combines state-of-the-art technologies with environmental awareness. The two-winged building near Warsaw’s International Chopin Airport is BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Very Good’ and has close to 11,000 sq m of office space over seven floors, while the underground car park has 270 parking spaces.
