POLAND MVGM and JLL for Patrizia portfolio

Property and Facility Management
German investment fund Patrizia has appointed MVGM to be the property manager and JLL the leasing manager of its Polish portfolio of eight office buildings, which are located in Warsaw and Wrocław and have a combined area of 65,000 sqm.

The portfolio includes such Warsaw buildings as N21, Metron, G9, Royal Trakt Offices and Central Point (under construction) as well as Green Day in Wrocław.

Patrizia has been operating in Europe for 37 years and now has 24 offices worldwide, managing 312 assets worth over EUR 47 bln with a combined 1.28 mln sqm.
