Poland CBRE appointed to commercialise GBC

CBRE has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent of the Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, which is part of the Savills Investment Management portfolio.

As part of the deal, CBRE is also to help with the future fit-out of tenants’ offices. The Gdański Business Center comprises around 100,000 sqm of commercial space in four modern buildings and its tenants include Provident Polska, KPMG, Aviva, Philip Morris, Euronet, KMD, Uber, Nielsen and Dell. The centre is BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Excellent’.

At the end of Q2 2021, the total modern office stock in Warsaw amounted to almost 6.1 mln sqm, according to the latest figures from PINK (the Polish Chamber of Commercial Properties). The vacancy rate was up by 1.1 pp q-o-q and by 4.6 pp y-o-y to 12.5 pct.
