POLAND Zadbano expands in Bydgoszcz Fortress park

Zadbano (formerly DTS) carries out more than a million deliveries each year, working for more than 450 brands throughout Poland from its network of 16 branches across the country. Cresa Poland provided support in the renegotiation of its existing lease.

Fortress Logistic Park Bydgoszcz is situated app. 15 km from Bydgoszcz city centre, close to the A1 motorway and the S10 expressway. It is owned by South African-based Fortress REIT and has a planned area of 90,000 sqm.
