Poland Investment market in good shape

Offices, warehouses, and retail parks saw the greatest demand on the Polish investment market in 2025. Investors made significant purchases, but focused on medium-sized and smaller projects as well as property portfolios according to the latest JLL report on the investment market for 2025.

Poland Retail Park to arise in Darłowo

A new retail park is to be built in Darłowo in Western Pomerania, with the opening scheduled for mid-2027. Medos is the investor, with Scallier being responsible for the commercialisation.

Europe No compromise on quality

European office costs continue to rise, but companies are not compromising on their demands for high-quality work environments. Intercor has completed reconstruction works on the railway line between Lębork and Słupsk. Trains have now returned to service with completely reconstructed station platforms at Pogorzelice and Jezierzyce Słupskie.

Poland Agata opens in Karuzela Ełk

Polish furniture and home furnishings manufacturer and distributor Agata has opened a 5,000 sqm store in the Karuzela retail park in Ełk.

Poland Adventum acquires eight shopping centres

Auchan Polska and Ceetrus have sold a portfolio of eight shopping centres in Poland to the Adventum Penta Fund from Hungary.

Poland Cornerstone buys Senator

Poland Panattoni to build near Kraków

Panattoni has purchased 9 ha in Zakrzów and is to build Panattoni Park Kraków East VI, which will comprise two buildings. The 11,000 sqm centre will include a BTS building for a leading logistics operator, while a further 16,000 sqm is being developed on a speculative basis.

Poland Gorąco Polecam opens in Lubin

The Gorąco Polecam bakery has opened in a new building with a 160 sqm patio within the BIG Lubin retail park.

Poland Alior moves offices in Warsaw and Kraków

Alior Bank has completed the relocation of its offices to new locations in Warsaw and Kraków. The two locations comprise 15,000 sqm and over 1,100 workstations.

The façade of the Minter townhouse, in the Port Praski development in Warsaw, has been unveiled, restoring its Art Nouveau style.
