CZECH REPUBLIC Savills secures EQT PM mandate

EQT Exeter has appointed international real estate advisor Savills as the property manager for its first warehouse investments in the Czech Republic – two parks in the Ostrava area.
The two parks, Logistics Park Nošovice and Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov have a combined area of 140,000 sqm. They were sold to EQT Exeter by Concens Investments and J&T in Q4 2021 for EUR 150 mln.Logistics Park Nošovice is situated on a 16 ha site and comprises three industrial halls with a total area of 63,800 sqm and a potential built-up area of 6,500 sq m for expansion. The premises, which are close to a Hyundai plant, are currently fully leased to Hyundai Glovis Czech Republi
