Four projects in the CEE region have been shortlisted for the MIPIM Awards 2022 – Browary Warszawskie in Warsaw, House of Music in Budapest, Cukrarna Gallery in Ljubljana and Paupys in Vilnius.
Browary Warszawskie (the Warsaw Brewery), a city-building project developed by Echo Investment and designed by JEMS Architekci on the 4.4 ha site of the 19th-century Haberbusch i Schiele brewery, is a finalist in the best mixed-use category.
House of Music, a concert hall and museum developed by Varosliget and Sou Fujimoto Architects as part of the Liget Budapest park redevelopment scheme, is one of the nominations in the best cultural and sports infrastructure category. It was designed by Japa
