Poland Strabag real estate makes room for Ukrainian refugees

Strabag Real Estate working with the city of Warsaw has prepared 200 beds in the Atrium International Office building for refugees fleeing from the war in Ukraine.
The developer has also given over space, where up to 300 people may be housed, in the Plaza shopping centre in Kraków for use by the city and other charities. On Friday, Strabag Real Estate donated 700 sqm to the city in the Atrium International buildings. On Sunday a further 1,500 sqm was made available and on Monday another 1,100 sqm. Romania Commercial real estate financing increased by 15 pct

Romania’s commercial real estate sector accounts for 54 pct of the loans granted to non-financial companies and recorded a 15 pct annual increase in financing, while the non-performing loan (NPL) ratio, which stands at 6.2 pct, remains below the levels reported for certain segments considered more exposed to risk, according to an analysis performed by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company based on data published by the National Bank of Romania (NBR).

Poland Forvis Mazars enters Lixa E

Forvis Mazars, a leading international audit, tax and advisory firm, has joined the tenants of Lixa E office building. The company’s Polish practice has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space in the building near Rondo Daszyńskiego, which will become its new Warsaw headquarters. Lixa E, part of Yareal Polska’s flagship office campus, is now almost fully leased.
