POLAND Savills to take care of Sky Tower

Property and Facility Management
Savills has been appointed as the property manager for Sky Tower in Wrocław, which was acquired by Adventum Group in March. The consultancy previously acted as the advisor for the acquisition of the property.

Sky Tower is a mixed-use complex located at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 95 in the south part of the city centre. The 212m tower is the tallest skyscraper and comprises almost 30,000 sqm of office space, around 24,000 sqm of retail and service space as well as 250 exclusive apartments.

Wrocław is one of Poland’s key regional property markets. We are delighted that we will have the pleasure of delivering property management services for such a landmark building in the capital city of the Lower Silesian province. Sky Tower is a prime mixed-use complex that will continue to evolve in the near future to offer the highest level of comfort and user experience.
Marta Mikołajczyk-Pyrć, the head of retail and mixed-use property management at Savills Poland

Sky Tower was acquired by Olimp Investment, a subsidiary of Adventum Group, for EUR 84.27 mln in March, when its developer Develia sold its entire 79.55 pct stake in the property. Savills provided commercial advisory on the acquisition.

This transaction saw our client acquire an attractive investment product which is one of the most iconic commercial buildings outside of Warsaw.
Marek Paczuski, a director and deputy head of investment at Savills Poland
