Radisson Blu Hotel, Cluj – the only 5-star hotel in the city – has opened after the extensive two-year renovation of the building of the former Hotel Sport, which was constructed in the 1980s. The building overlooks the city’s central park and is directly opposite Cluj Arena concert hall

The new hotel now has 149 rooms, the largest of which is the 79 sqm Presidential Suite. It also has five hi-tech meeting rooms for up to 60 people, a private ballroom with a capacity for 300 guests Radisson Blu Hotel, a gym and two restaurants.

By 2030, Data4 plans to invest over EUR 20 bln in the development of its European campuses. Data4 will invest EUR 5 bln to transform a brownfield site in northern France into a new data centre campus. With a capacity of 700 MW, it will meet the needs of AI customers and will be Data4's largest project in France.

The Czech hotel market is building on an exceptionally strong year in 2025, marked by a significant increase in transaction volumes and investor interest. According to Cushman & Wakefield, a total of 16 hotels were sold in the Czech Republic, representing 2,989 rooms and a total transaction volume of EUR 764 mln. Based on available data, this represents the highest annual transaction volume ever recorded on the Czech hotel market.
