POLAND Savills to manage Widok Towers

The mixed-use skyscraper on Al. Jerozolimskie off the Rondo Romana Dmowskiego roundabout is 95m in height and comprises almost 35,000 sqm. It was completed in 2021 by S+B Gruppe, which is still responsible for its office leasing and facility management services, while the present owner is fellow German company Commerz Real.
