German facility management specialist Apleona has acquired Polish counterpart FM Solutions. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2014, Kraków-based FM Solutions now provides technical maintenance, repairs and installation services – including HVAC, fire and security and BMS – across key southern regions of Poland, with a presence in Kraków, Katowice and Wrocław. It now employs over 300 staff, including 200 qualified technical specialists and 40 specialist service mobile engineers, while managing commercial properties with a total area of more than 1.8 mln sqm.
