In Cushman & Wakefield’s latest Hotel Operator Beat survey, Budapest was placed as the most attractive market in CEE, reaching 4.3 points on a 1–5 scale where 5 means very high interest. Radisson Hotel Group has announced the debut of its Radisson RED brand in Serbia with the signing of Radisson RED Belgrade, set to open later this year. Shed Living Kraków, a private student residence, is set to open in October this year in Kraków.
