MIPIM announces the finalists of the MIPIM Awards, a real estate competition for completed or yet to be built projects around the world. This year, two Polish projects have been nominated in a total of three categories.
Norblin Factory in Warsaw, developed by Capital Park, has received a nomination in two categories: 'Best mixed-use project' and 'Best urban regeneration project'. Panattoni Danfoss BTO, also located in the capital, has been nominated as 'Best industrial & logistics project'.
The winners will be selected by both the jury and MIPIM registered delegates, with the votes to be cast online and at the event. In addition, the jury will award an additional prize – the ‘Special Jury Award
