On 24 May 2024, we will inaugurate a new event in the real estate community - Eurobuild's Annual Running Tournament! Participants will run through the green surroundings of the First Warsaw Golf & Country Club in Rajszew. Run along with us!

Participants will have a choice of two routes: a ten-kilometre and a five-kilometre one. You can take part in the competition individually or by forming a team of three (there must be at least one woman in each team). There will be emotions and medals, beautiful scenery, new friendships and networking! There will also be statuettes for the company with the largest team over both distances - compete for the title of Eurobuild Running Employer of the Year! All participants will also be able to en

Two Polish projects in the final of the MIPIM Awards

Two projects by the Echo-Archicom Group have made it to the final of the MIPIM Awards. Łódź's Fuzja and Warsaw's Towarowa22 are the only Polish investments nominated in this year's edition.

Winning for families on the beach

The 13th JLL Real Estate Beach Volleyball Charity Tournament, which took place earlier this month, has raised over PLN 800,000 to build the third Ronald McDonald House at a paediatric hospital in Poland.

This year's edition of the JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament will take place on 1 August at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw. Funds raised during the event will for the second time be used to support the construction of the Ronald McDonald House at the Children's Memorial Health Institute.

Lots of fun, and well done

As part of the ' Across the Wola district for Autism' charity city game organised by Cushman & Wakefield, real estate companies managed to collect PLN 82,700. The funds will go to the Synapsis Foundation to support the diagnosis and therapy of children and young people on the autism spectrum. "Eurobuild" was a media patron of the event.

The sector keeps moving!

Tomorrow, as every year, we will meet at the golf course in Rajszew and at the Warszawianka courts to build relationships, have fun and, at the same time, take care of the condition of... the industry. All this in the spirit of healthy sporting competition.

We regret to inform you that Piotr Kroenke, long-time general director of GTC and co-creator of many of the company's successes, has passed away.

Media without Choice

The Polish government has just announced the introduction of an additional levy on the media, which it calls an advertising tax, cynically justifying the move as necessary for fighting the pandemic. The 12th JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament took place on August 3rd, and this year a record number of people attended the event. The winning team in the competition was Muniak, with D&D Devco and Skanska taking second and third place.
