Poland B&B Hotel opens in Warsaw

B&B Hotels Polska has signed a 20-year lease for the facility at ul. Kosmatki in Warsaw. B&B Hotel Warsaw East will start receiving guests in September this year. The new four-star hotel will be the second facility of the B&B Hotels chain in Warsaw and the 15th in Poland. 
There are currently 14 hotels of the chain operating in the country, located in Toruń, Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź, Nowy Targ, Rzeszów, Lublin, Poznań, Kielce, Piotrków Trybunalski, Bytom and Tomaszów Lubelski. The new facility is located 8 km from the centre, in the right bank of Warsaw, near the Siekierkowski Bridge. It offers 100 rooms. There is a 24-hour B&B Shop with snacks, a restaurant and bar, as well as a gym and a salt cave. Two meeting rooms await business guest

 Occupancy rates increased by around 4 pct in the first six months of the year compared to the same period of 2024, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox with the figures based on the STR data.
