The Art Nouveau hotel Grand Hotel Evropa in Prague has started operating under the W Hotels banner as W Prague. This is the first property of this Marriott Bonvoy-owned brand in the Czech capital.
The revitalised W Prague is located on Wenceslas Square. It offers 161 rooms and suites, including the spectacular Wow Bohemia Duplex, as well as the W Lounge and Above Rooftop bar with city views.
Benoy architects and global design firm AvroKO's London Studio are responsible for the hotel's look, working with local designers Chapman Taylor's office. A meticulous renovation of the old hotel has been carried out, but a new nine-storey contemporary wing of the building in the shape of an ellipse,
