The influence of artificial intelligence on office employment in Europe is currently less than public debate suggests. The main factors driving office job growth remain the health of the economy and business sentiment, and not the level of AI use by companies, according to an analysis by Savills.

Rohde & Schwarz Topex has renewed and expanded its lease in myhive IRIDE in Bucharest, owned by CPI Romania, where the tenant's centre of competence for Voice Communication Systems is based.Under the agreement brokered by real estate consultancy Crosspoint Real Estate, the international associate of Savills in Romania, the tenant has renewed its 8,000 sqm in the building and leased a further 2,000 sqm.
