A Biedronka grocery store has opened on ul. Władysława Andersa in Białystok, as the first tenant of a retail park that is still under construction at that address. The rest of the park, under development by Redkom, is scheduled to open in Q4 2026.

Prologis has been awarded a BREEAM International New Construction certificate with a rating of Outstanding for its new warehouse development in Ujazd. The 62,500 sqm building developed for bearings manufacturer Schaeffler scored 92.2 pct.
Data centres
The development of digital infrastructure is a new economic priority for Europe, as shown by the draft EU regulations, 'Cloud and AI Development Act' (CADA), and the 'Strategic Roadmap, published in early June. The EU wants to triple computing power by 2035 to meet the demand for cloud services and artificial intelligence (AI). Poland is expected to play a leading role in this process.

CTP has completed the first phase of the transformation of the former Zátiší barracks in Plzeň into a modern mixed-use business park.

Revetas Capital has announced the signing of four leases for space in the Bonarka for Business centre in Kraków. The total area of the leases comes to 5,700 sqm. Geotab has joined the tenants with a lease of 4,000 sqm, while KION and two others have renewed their contracts.

The topping-out ceremony has taken place at the Skyliner II construction site at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, with the construction work having now reached the building's target height of 130m. The second tower of the complex is being developed by Karimpol Polska with Warbud acting as the general contractor. The final stage of the project has now begun with work on the façade, installations, and interior finishes.

Panattoni has secured EUR 31 mln in financing for Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate I, with the loan provided by Bank Millennium.

Garbe Industrial will begin construction work on the Garbe Industrial Park in Soest (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany) in the second quarter of 2026. The 19,200 sqm centre is to be constructed on a 2.8 ha plot next to the A44 motorway.

GXO has signed a lease for around 26,000 sqm of warehouse space at 7R Park Lavičky, a modern complex being developed in a joint venture with the Czech investment fund WOOD & Company. The tenant is to use the space to set up a 3PL logistics centre to support the European distribution of cosmetics company L’Oréal.

The Moja Oszmiańska residential project is being jointly developed by Grupo Lar Polska and Hanner in Warsaw's Targówek district. The investors have now announced that the general contractor is to be Erbud, which is to sign a PLN 51.6 mln contract.

Sirowa Poland, an international distributor of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, has leased 958 sqm of modern office space in Building P of the Koneser Praga Center.

Accolade is expanding Park Kielce with a new extension of over 13,400 sqm. The building is 75 pct leased, and tenants from the logistics and distribution sectors have already moved in. A final unit of approximately 3,300 sqm remains available for lease.

A 1,800 sqm Lidl grocery store will open next year in the Sigma Park Retail Park, which is currently under construction in Darłowo.

Hillwood Polska has signed a preliminary agreement to sell the Hillwood S8 Warsaw South logistics centre to Toya. The development is in the Żabia Wola just outside Warsaw.

The National Appeals Chamber (KIO) has dismissed the appeal lodged against the construction of foundations for the passenger terminal of the Port of Poland airport. This means that the winning bid filed by Budimex in the tender has been upheld and the general contractor contract may now be signed.

Prologis has leased around 9,100 sqm of logistics space at Prologis Park Alzenau near Frankfurt to Horoz Logistics. The deal was brokered by Realogis Immobilien Frankfurt. The property is located in the Süd B30 industrial estate.

According to the 'Community and Apartment Accessible to All' study conducted for Skanska Residential Development Poland, 88 pct of respondents believe that adapting common spaces to the needs of various residents is required, and 85 pct believe that such amenities also help able-bodied people.
aHouse Development will deliver a new hotel on ul. Daleka in the centre of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, marking the company’s entry into the hospitality real estate segment.
In 2027, the first Swissôtel hotel in Poland will open in Gdynia. The project, being developed in partnership with Allenort Group, will be part of the Waterhall complex.
