POLAND The Orbis hotel group recorded a revenue of over PLN 186.15 mln in Q3 2012, down by 1.2 pct on the same period of 2011.

Warehouse developer Gridarch has granted early access to the stage III halls at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, before the final approvals have been granted. Logistics Operator DP World is to use the early access to install its equipment on behalf of automotive giant BMW. The three buildings total 124,000 sqm and should receive final certification in the summer of this year.

Hotel transactions boom

The Czech hotel market is building on an exceptionally strong year in 2025, marked by a significant increase in transaction volumes and investor interest. According to Cushman & Wakefield, a total of 16 hotels were sold in the Czech Republic, representing 2,989 rooms and a total transaction volume of EUR 764 mln. Based on available data, this represents the highest annual transaction volume ever recorded on the Czech hotel market.
