Gromada sells Ostrowiec hotel

POLAND The Gromada hotel chain has sold its hotel in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski to a private investor.
“From the negotiations so far it appears the buyer wishes to continue operating the hotel. It is certain that regardless of the ownership change Gromada will continue to manage the facility until the end of March 2013,” Jan Błoński, the president of OST Gromada, informed ‘Eurobuild CEE’. POLAND Senate votes to standardise house price reporting

The Polish Senate has passed an amendment to the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Purchasers of Residential Units and Single-Family Homes and to the Developer Guarantee Fund. The new regulations do not change the obligation to publish the prices of homes on investment websites, but introduce a uniform method for submitting this data to the state portal dane.gov.pl.

During the first half of 2026, companies leased a total of 80,790 sqm of office space in Bucharest, representing a 29 pct increase compared with the same period of 2025, according to a report by Fortim Trusted Advisors, Alliance Member of BNP Paribas Real Estate. Cluj-Napoca also recorded stronger office leasing activity than in the first half of last year.

Hotel transactions boom

The Czech hotel market is building on an exceptionally strong year in 2025, marked by a significant increase in transaction volumes and investor interest. According to Cushman & Wakefield, a total of 16 hotels were sold in the Czech Republic, representing 2,989 rooms and a total transaction volume of EUR 764 mln.
