Avison Young's experts point out that's a signal for the return of more affordable financing, which is likely to stimulate investor activity.

The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has secured rental agreements for more than 16,000 sqm of space at City Point Targówek. Companies across various industries have pre-leased more than 70 pct of the space in the C2 building, the first multi-let building of the phased re-development, with scheduled completion by the end of the year.
