Poland Moje Bambino signs up with Logicor
Logicor has signed a new lease agreement with Moje Bambino at Logicor Łódź III. The company has leased a total of 13,200 sqm, comprising 12,400 sqm of warehouse space and 800 sqm of office space.

The Agrobex Group has begun construction on a new warehouse complex in Nagradowice, in the Kleszczewo administration near Poznań. A total of over 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space will be built on a 5 ha site.

The Belgian company Revive has purchased a townhouse at ul. Zgoda 1 in Warsaw. The eight-storey property will be modernised. The building was built in 1877 and has a total area of over 3,100 sqm.

Poland High take up, low supply
Take-up for office space in the largest regional cities (Kraków, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Łódź, Szczecin and Lublin) reached 770,000 sqm in 2025, while new supply dropped to a record-low 20,000 sqm according to the 'Regional Office Markets 2025 report' by Axi Immo. Total modern office stock now stands at 6.72 mln sqm, and the average vacancy rate declined to 16.9 pct for the first time in several years.

Poland Retro Office now accessible
The Retro Office House office building in Wrocław, owned by Globalworth, has received a Building Without Barriers certificate from the Integracja Foundation, attesting that the building complies with architectural accessibility standards and ensures the building meets the needs of the disabled, the elderly and those with children. This is the 580th certificate awarded.

Poland Ringier Axel Springer stays on in Signum
Ringier Axel Springer Polska has extended its lease with Trigranit for office space in the Signum Work Station complex on ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw's Mokotów district for another four years. The company has operated continuously in the building since 2019, currently occupying nearly 12,000 sqm.

At the end of 2025, the Tricity's office stock came to more than 1.067 mln sqm. Despite a complete lack of new supply last year, demand remained stable at 113,800 sqm, resulting in a decline in the vacancy rate to 11.9 pct, according to figures from Savills.

GTC has signed two lease agreements for space in the Edison building – one of four properties that form the Korona Office complex in Kraków. Grupa Radiowa Agora will open an office in the building, while Alterga has extended its lease. Together, the two agreements cover nearly 1,700 sqm of office space.
