Orbis enters Slovenian market
SLOVENIA The Orbis hotel group has entered Slovenia by signing franchise agreements with Terme Maribor, which is to renovate two of its hotels in Maribor so that they meet the requirements of the Mercure and Ibis Styles brands.

A pharmaceuticals distribution centre is being developed for Neuca on ul. Forteczna in Toruń and is to be completed in March 2018.

POLAND Romanian investor Globalworth Asset Managers has signed a conditional investment agreement to buy a majority stake in Griffin Premium RE of between 50.01 pct and 67.9 pct.
Crowe Horwath takes more of the Crown
POLAND American accounting and consulting company Crowe Horwath has renewed its lease agreement for nearly 2,500 sqm and has selected an additional 500 sqm of space at the Crown Tower office building in Warsaw’s Wola district.

Four openings for KiK
POLAND The KiK discount clothes, toys and household goods chain has opened new stores in Wrocław and Chełm, while outlets in Tarnowo and Kędzierzyn-Koźle have reopened after renovations.
DSV stronger in Sosnowiec
POLAND DSV Solutions is adding a total new area of 15,000 sqm to its premises in Sosnowiec. An additional area of 5,000 sqm has already been added to the space it occupies in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec, for industrial automation operations and just-in-time services.

Record-breaking orders for Strabag
EUROPE The output volume of Strabag rose up by 10 pct in the first half of 2017. The company has an order pipeline at a record level of EUR 16.5 bln – and it is 7 pct more than in the same period of last year. Strabag has also confirmed its outlook for 2017 – it is aiming for higher output volume, while its EBIT margin has been targeted at over 3 pct.
