POLAND Warsaw Trade Tower, which is owned by Akron Investment CEE II, has acquired its fifth tenant this year, which will occupy 800 sqm on the 37th floor of the tower. The company name was not disclosed and the owner was represented by Colliers in the negotiations.
POLAND At the end of H1 this year the vacancy rate for the 18 largest retail markets in Poland increased to 4.1 pct (3.5 pct at the end of 2016), mainly due to the closure of stores previously occupied by the now bankrupt Praktiker, claims the Polish Retail Research Forum (PRRF).

UKRAINE Eurocon Ukraine, a subsidiary of Nordecon and Kyiv Standartbud have signed a EUR 3.4 mln contract to construct a seven-storey office building in Unit City Technopark in Kyiv. The building is to be completed by June 2018.
