AEW to spend pensioners’ money
EUROPE AEW is to set up a pan-European portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets for a German pension fund, which has made an initial commitment of EUR 100 mln.
First closing of Internos Hotel Fund II
EUROPE Fund manager Internos Global Investors has announced the first closing of its second hotel real estate fund with EUR 133 mln in equity from seven German institutional investors.
