YIT to build Zhukovsky building
RUSSIA Finish developer YIT has started the construction of a building with 220 apartments within the Microdistrict 5A residential project in Zhukovsky, 40 km south-west of Moscow city centre.
Robyg gives foretaste of results

Nordecon to work on Tallinn ring road
ESTONIA Nordecon has been appointed to rebuild a 2.2 km section of the Tallinn ring road between kilometres 0.6 and 2.8. Under the contract a dual carriageway is to be built as well as the Veneküla tunnel and a railway flyover.
Karolinka and Solaris: new brands, bigger stores
POLAND The retail centres Solaris Center and Karolinka in Opole have signed lease extension with a number of tenants. Rockcastle Poland, which owns both centres, has also signed a number of new leases New tenants in Karolinka include New Balance, Express Klucze and Moje Pieczywo with a Maxi Zoo to be opened in August.
