Aquapark to be powered by methane
POLAND The Regional Water and Sewage Authority in Tychy is to open one of the most modern aqua parks in Europe on ul. Sikorskiego with area of 10,600 sqm and it is to be powered by methane generated by the company’s sewage treatment plant located 6.2 km away.

More hotel rooms in Russia in H1
RUSSIA In H1 about 1,900 new hotel rooms were put into operation, compared to 1,700 a year earlier, according to JLL.
CTP financed by EBRD and BCR
ROMANIA The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Banca Comercială Română (BCR) are to finance the expansion of the CTPark Bucharest West logistics park, some 20 km from Bucharest with a loan worth EUR 75.8 mln of which the EBRD is to provide EUR 36.7 mln.

Euronet leases new HQ
POLAND Euronet Polska is to move its headquarters in the first half of July to the Gdański Business Center developed by HB Reavis in Warsaw’s Muranów district. The company has leased 3,400 sqm on the fifth floor the buildings in the complex.
A1 draws to a close
POLAND The tenders for the last remaining sections of the A1 have been announced by the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways [GDDKiA] to the Publications Office of the EU. The new road is to be built within the provinces of Łódź and Silesia. A tender has also been announced for the S14 expressway in the province of Łódź.
MLP records strong H1 results
POLAND In H1 2017, the MLP Group signed eleven leases for a total of nearly 98,000 sqm of warehouse space, which is similar to the amount leased throughout the whole of 2016.

POLAND Compin, a French component supplier for the automotion industry, has leased 11,000 sqm of BTS logistics space from Panattoni Europe at ul. Jędrzejowska. in Łódź for a ten-year term. Construction work is to start in August.

Spar portfolio sold to Erste Asset Management
HUNGARY TREI Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Tengelmann group, has sold a portfolio supermarkets mainly leased by Spar to Erste Asset Management. The total size of the deal was in excess of 39,500 sqm. The stores are located across the country.
