Strong margins for Atal
POLAND Atal sold 1,364 apartments in H1 2017, up by almost 16 pct y-o-y. In H1 the company handed over 1,080 apartments (according to preliminary figures), 44 pct more y-o-y.

POLAND Murapol Group signed sales contracts for 1,609 apartments in H1 2017, up 24 pct y-o-y. In Q2 the developer signed 795 contracts (compared to 593 in Q2 2016).
Dom Development sees rising demand
POLAND Dom Development has released its initial sales figures for Q2 2017 with a record-breaking 850 apartments net having been sold, 21 pct up y-o-y.

RUSSIA Finish developer YIT has started the construction of a building with 220 apartments within the Microdistrict 5A residential project in Zhukovsky, 40 km south-west of Moscow city centre.
Robyg gives foretaste of results
POLAND Grupa Robyg intends to register the sales of 720 apartments in Warsaw and Gdańsk in its H1 results which should have been handed over by the end of the period with 320 of the sales falling in the first quarter.
