Lords buys GO9
LITHUANIA Lords LB Baltic Fund IV managed by Lords LB Asset Management has purchased the GO9 shopping centre with 12,000 sqm gla on Gedimino Avenue in the Old Town of Vilnius.
CTP expands
ROMANIA/CZECH REPUBLIC CTP is investing over EUR 13 mln in the extension of CTPark Timișoara with 32,000 sqm, due to the increasing demand in the area. The construction work should be completed in December 2017.
