Mint and Tristan buy Prague office complex
CZECH REPUBLIC Opportunistic fund EPISO 4, advised by Tristan Capital Partners, partnered with local investor Mint Investments, has acquired the Avenir Business Park office complex in Nové Butovice (Prague 5) from debt restructuring firm Lone Star for an undisclosed sum.
