POLAND Polish shipping and logistics company Langowski Shipping has leased 3,500 sqm in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk, which has been developed by Goodman.

CZECH REPUBLIC Cushman & Wakefield is now the manager of the two shopping centres in Mladá Boleslav (50 km northeast of Prague). Both Olympia Mladá Boleslav, which the company has been managing since 2015, and the Bondy shopping centre are now under the management C&W. CPI Property Group owns both centres.

POLAND Dobry Hotel is aiming to add another six hotels to the chain over the next three years, four of which are to open in the next six months, the president of the Dobry Hotel company, Leszek Mięczkowski, has announced.
