PwC expands
POLAND PwC has decided to expand its Warsaw office in the International Business Center by 3,600 sqm and now occupies over 13,700 sqm of office space. Deka Immobilien, the owner of the building, was represented by Savills in the transaction.
Tryton nearly full
POLAND Three tenants of the Tryton Business House office building in Gdańsk have renewed and increased the sizes of their leases. A new tenat has also entered the building.
Electrifying rental in Bielany
POLAND Electrical engineering company VMA Polska has rented warehouse and production space in Hillwood Park Wrocław I Bis in Wrocław. The company is to use the centre to produce electrical cabinets and components.
Łużycka now full
POLAND Allcon Investment has completed the recommercialisation of the Łużycka Office Park complex in Gdynia. The last few vacant office areas have been occupied. All the units will be handed over at the end of August.
Matexi plans rental apartment building
POLAND Matexi Polska has purchased a plot at ul. Puławska 186 in Warsaw, where it is planning to develop a residential building with rental apartments that are to be owned by investment funds.
Ogrodowa sold out
POLAND RealCo Property Investment and Development has sold all the units in the Ogrodowa 65 project in Warsaw. A total of 62 apartments and two service outlets with areas ranging from 20 sqm to 74 sqm were sold.

POLAND According to date of the JLL consulting company pre-lease contracts constituted 38 pct of the total demand for office space in Poland in 2016 whereas in 2017 the figure was 29 pct.
Electric car charging on ul. Bobrowiecka
POLAND Spectra Development, the developer behind an office building at ul. Bobrowiecka 8 in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district, has signed a 1,000 sqm office space lease with Engie, a utility and technology company that supplies heat, electricity and gas.
