POLAND Regus, a provider of flexible workplace solutions, has signed a 950 sqm office lease agreement in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.
JLL advised Regus on the deal while investor Blue City subsidiary Reform Company 3, was represented by CBRE. Regus is to open a new business centre in the Villa Metro building at 145 ul Puławska, next to the Wilanowska metro station in Q2 2018. Regus currently has offices in 20 buildings in seven Polish cities. Eleven of the company’s projects are in Warsaw alone. This year, the company launched new centres in Katowice, Wrocław and Warsaw. However, it is still planning further expansion
