POLAND The KiK discount clothes, toys and household goods chain has opened new stores in Wrocław and Chełm, while outlets in Tarnowo and Kędzierzyn-Koźle have reopened after renovations.
DSV stronger in Sosnowiec
POLAND DSV Solutions is adding a total new area of 15,000 sqm to its premises in Sosnowiec. An additional area of 5,000 sqm has already been added to the space it occupies in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec, for industrial automation operations and just-in-time services.

ESTONIA Nordecon has reached the final stages of developing two small apartment buildings on Hane street in Tallinn’s Kristiine district. Both properties, at Hane 2 and Hane 2a, have three residential floors and 15 apartments.

POLAND Construction insulation producer Schöck Group has leased 4,050 sqm of warehouse space in Segro Industrial Park Tychy 2.
Record-breaking orders for Strabag
EUROPE The output volume of Strabag rose up by 10 pct in the first half of 2017. The company has an order pipeline at a record level of EUR 16.5 bln – and it is 7 pct more than in the same period of last year. Strabag has also confirmed its outlook for 2017 – it is aiming for higher output volume, while its EBIT margin has been targeted at over 3 pct.

POLAND The foundation stone ceremony has taken place for the Riverview residential development in Gdańsk. Vastint Poland, the developer of the project, expects sale of the apartments to being in mid-2019, when the estate is completed.
