Tower to steal market share
POLAND Tower Investments is forecasting a profit of PLN 19.5 mln for 2018. The company has prepared a prospectus for the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and it is planning to debut on the WSE in the autumn. It also intends to set up a REIT in 2018. Tower Investments intends to use the funds acquired from the stock market to finance the development of its Multitower format, which are residential and service buildings designed to meet the requirements of the chains that the company is partnered with.
Last chance to buy in Trzech Stawów
POLAND Okam has started construction work on the third and final stage of the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawów estate in Katowice. A building with 100 apartments and an underground car park for 140 vehicles is to be constructed.
