POLAND Alior Bank has prolonged its lease and extended its Warsaw offices in the Łopuszańska Business Park complex in Warsaw’s Włochy district.

EA: The best office buildings chosen
POLAND The Eurobuild Awards in Architecture were handed out during the second Eurobuild Architecture Festival on September 20th. There were five categories in the competition. In the first – the Office Building of the Year – the winner was chosen from five projects, which had reached the grand finals.

WORLD Drone mapping software developer Pix4D has launched a system for creating 3D models using drones for the real estate market. The system integrates mobile devices, desktop computers, and cloud computing for flexible 3D model creation from drone flight to finish.

P3 steps up a gear in Poland
POLAND Since the beginning of the year, P3 has completed the construction of 130,000 sqm of warehouse facilities in three parks; P3 Poznań, P3 Błonie and P3 Mszczonów. Almost all of the new space has already been leased. Additionally, the company has over 100,000 sqm under construction as well as further projects in the pipeline.
