LITHUANIA Dekpol has signed a contract to build a 20,000 sqm factory in Lithuania. The contract is worth PLN 52-65 or 20-25 pct of the company’s consolidated revenue for 2016.

CZECH REPUBLIC Opportunistic fund EPISO 4, advised by Tristan Capital Partners, partnered with local investor Mint Investments, has acquired the Avenir Business Park office complex in Nové Butovice (Prague 5) from debt restructuring firm Lone Star for an undisclosed sum.
