POLAND The total demand for Warsaw office space in H1 2017 came to 391,400 sqm – the best half-year figure in the market’s history, according to JLL.
POLAND Over 722,200 sqm of office space is currently under construction across Warsaw according to the ‘Market in Minutes’ report published by Savills. Despite such a high level of new supply the market remains healthy which is proven by a decreasing vacancy rate and a record leasing activity after first six months of the year.
ROMANIA Real estate investor Globalworth will start trading on the main market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on 31st July, 2017, with 5,500 bonds, nominative, dematerialized, freely transferable, at a nominal value of EUR 100,000 and a total value worth EUR 550 mln.

SLOVAKIA Swiss automotive import services company Emil Frey has leased 12,000 sqm of warehouse space in P3 Bratislava Park in Lozorno, about 25 km north of the capital city.
