Murapol to build over 700 apartments in Sosnowiec
POLAND The Murapol group has signed a preliminary contract concerning the purchase of a plot with an area of 3.55-ha located on ul. Klimontowska in Sosnowiec. The developer wants to build 756 housing units with a combined useable area of app. 30,000 sqm.

POLAND Wrocław-based developer has invested in another plot for an estate in the capital of Lesser Poland. The company purchased a plot with an area of 4,000 sqm in the south-eastern part of Kraków, the Bieżanów-Prokocim district at the price of PLN 3.6 mln.
