LITHUANIA The Inrealu Dangės Krantinės project in Klaipėda has been granted an ‘Authenticity Certificate’ by the national Department of Cultural Heritage at the Ministry of Culture and the LNTPA developers’ association.
Dangės Krantinės, which will be developed in a modernised former industrial facility, is designed to include a residential as well as retail space. Some hotel apartments will also be available for renting. The project, at 37A Turgaus street, is being carried out by Inreal Valdymas. It has been selected to receive the certificate as one of the best real estate projects in Lithuania in 2016 to maintain and protect the national heritage.
