JLL sets its largest European office in Warsaw Spire
POLAND By the end of this year, JLL’s new headquarters in the Warsaw Spire will cover 13,700 sqm on nine floors (25–30 and 32–34), and will become the company’s largest office in Europe.

No recent completions in Kraków
POLAND No new shopping centres have been developed in Kraków over the last one and a half years, with the market now awaiting the delivery of the Serenada project, which is scheduled for completion in the second half of next year, according to the recent “Shopping centres in agglomerations Q2 2016/Kraków” report by Colliers International.

Accor to blend hotels with hostels
EUROPE AccorHotels is to create a new hotel brand Jo&Joe, which will combine features of private-rental, hostel and hotel formats and even some Google campus style work spaces. About 50 such hotels are to be built by the year 2020.
