LITHUANIA UK bank Barclays has leased a 550 sqm startup partnering space for its Rise Vilnius financial technology (Fin Tech) incubator at the Vilniaus Vartai business centre in the centre of the Lithuanian capital. The area is divided into over 50 working spaces and a conference hall.
