Hines and PPF to buy last Heitman building

RUSSIA Russian agency RBK has reported that Hines and PPF Real Estate have agreed to buy Heitman’s last asset in Russia, an office building within the Metropolis complex.
According to RBK, anonymous sources from the real estate consultancy market claim that the transaction is to be finalised around the end of April or the beginning of May. It could total around EUR 100-110 ml. Procter & Gamble leases around 70 pct of the 22,700 sqm gla in the building . Hines already owns two office buildings with a combined area of 82,000 sqm, which it purchased in 2015, and a shopping centre with 205,000 sqm purchased in 2012 in the same complex. All of the properties are managed by Hines together with PPF Real Estate.
